Fractional employment is a growing trend​ and here to stay, yet it isn't the same as other part-time work and/or consulting and therefore has its own unique challenges. As a Fractional COO myself, I realized there was a need for a community of fractionals that I could network with and learn with/from, and also a place for those looking to specifically hire fractionals. That is what Fractionals United is.

A networking avenue for People Managers, HR Leaders and People Ops professionals to shape the Future of Work by discovering the best practices, resources, tools and accessing exclusive experiences.

A global learning community for anyone in a CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Development, Engineering Director or any senior-level engineering leadership role. The community comprises a Slack group of 4,500 or so, a twice-weekly newsletter with resources, weekly online panel events, two conferences every year, video resources and much more.
