The Rands Leadership Slack is a community dedicated to developing the craft of leadership. We recognize and celebrate the creativity and collaboration of our independent members and the diversity of skills, talents, experiences, cultures, and opinions that they bring to your community. A global learning community for anyone in a CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Development, Engineering Director or any senior-level engineering leadership role. The community comprises a Slack group of 4,500 or so, a twice-weekly newsletter with resources, weekly online panel events, two conferences every year, video resources and much more.

Although our community is spread throughout the world and we’re all on different leadership journeys, we are all united in our ambition to become more effective at what we do. LeadDev is a space where we can come together to learn from our mistakes and experiences as a collective. Through sharing the knowledge we’ve gained as technical leaders, we can both grow our own careers, develop others, and propel the tech industry forward.
