Facebook groups are a place to communicate about shared interests with certain people. You can create a group for anything — your family reunion, your after-work sports team or your book club. Facebook groups can be public or private.
Mindful AquaticsThis is a group for people who practice, teach or are interested in aquatic activities that have a mindfulness component. Ai Chi, Ai Chi Ni, Aqua Yoga, Watsu, etc. Also about meditation and mindfulness in general and how we can incorporate these ideas into our work in the pool.
