    1. Changed lifestyle and reduced whoop age from 41.3 to 36.6 in 10 weeks.
    2. Exactly 1 year ago I got a WHOOP Age result that I couldn't stop thinking about and felt embarrassed to share. I committed to exercising 5 days per week and have only had 3 weeks ever since where I didn't hit my goal. I don't remember ever feeling this great.
    3. Finally got to -11 years!
