About Referna
Referna is a community that matches independent professionals, including fractional CFOs, CMOs, COOs, CTOs, startup lawyers, recruiters, and consultants, into small referral circles of 8 to 12 non-competing peers who all serve the same kind of client. Every member interviews with the full circle and shares a real client success story before joining. Circles refer client work to each other on an ongoing basis rather than a one-time introduction.
