A monocle-wearing pigeon lands and says, "Aha! Finally found you. I'm here on behalf of the Avian Association to settle some debts."
    2. [WP] The aliens, in preparations to efficiently conquer Earth, abducted a human to test the natural aversions, attractions, and aptitude of the human race. The understanding had yet to dawn on them, so data from an autistic person with no control group was readily applied to a neurotypical majority.
    3. [WP]You spent millions of years in another world as an immortal. You witnessed the birth and death of empires, learned everything there was to know and ascended beyond mortal limits. Then suddenly, your vision blackens and you wake up in a hospital bed. According to the nurse, you were in a coma.

    2. [WP] for magic applications, the purer a gem is, the better it works. The most magically potent gems, therefore, look like cheap glass.

    1. [WP] The more you learned about your powers the more uncomfortable they made you. You resolved to fight without them as much as possible and in turn became one of the most competent heroes ever. You are now cornered and, as much as you hate to admit it, your powers provide the only way out.
    2. [WP] You are, or were, the parties fighter. A tower of dumb masculinity that could tank a hit from a dragon, but needed help with the bar bill. Until you put on the cursed girdle. After the cleric's removed all your curses, you're a petite woman who's starting to remember world breaking spells.
