    3. I realize Low-balling or as I call it Make Me Buy It is a dreaded thing, but have any realtors had success offering a truly “fair” price which is drastically less than the asking price? Is it worth considering some honest, but low offers? I’d absolutely never pay the current beach pricing. Thoughts?
