    1. I can’t stop having severe panic and crying from burnout. I’m really good at my job and am highly regarded at work but behind the scenes I feel I don’t know how much longer I can make it. I felt like throwing myself down the stairs today
    2. I’m waking up screaming, grinding teeth until they’re chipped, working 12-15 hour days and am completely burned out. I’ve started crying uncontrollably every day
