    1. I can’t stop having severe panic and crying from burnout. I’m really good at my job and am highly regarded at work but behind the scenes I feel I don’t know how much longer I can make it. I felt like throwing myself down the stairs today
    2. I screwed up and feel sick. I may have lost the company money and a good customer. I’m afraid I could even be fired.
