    1. How replacing social media with reading fixed all of my problems effortlessly
    2. My procrastination/ avoidance patterns have gotten so extreme, my house could be on fire and I put off finding the extinguisher because I’m scared I don’t know where it is and avoiding how I’ll feel in that moment
