    1. Meditated almost every day for 5.5 years, then stopped for 3 years and half, resume this year and this happened.
    2. Tibetan monks with 10,000+ hours of compassion meditation showed gamma wave activity 25-30 times stronger than novices, and their brains stayed different even at rest
    3. 7+ years of daily meditation. Here’s my conclusion
