    2. Are most lawyers that own their own firm in HCOL areas making a ton of money?
    3. Assume that you take a case on contingency (30%). The client fires you and retains a new firm that gets him a $100 million verdict at trial. Can they lawyer who was terminated obtain any part of the damages award? If so, how much?
