    1. My brand used to do 8-figures with healthy profits. Sold it to an aggregator and steadily went downhill the next few years until it lost 70% revenue and was bleeding money. Bought it back two years ago and after much sweat and effort, revenue is up 200% with 20% margins again. Here's my playbook.
