Design Leadership Community

Limited to 300 members, the community has small groups (cabins) meeting on Discord for 30 minutes to an hour. These groups consist of members with diverse expertise, providing a platform for valuable support, help, and feedback. The discussions within these groups revolve around members' goals, successes or struggles, current needs for assistance, and reflections on their weekly endeavors.

The Black UX Austin Slack is a closed space for people of African ancestry (who may identify as Black) to meet other Black user experience professionals in Austin, build a community and thriving network, ask other Black professionals for job advice and feedback, gain tips for surviving while Black in Austin, and talk with other Black people in Austin.

Designer Hangout is a dedicated, invite-only network of UX designers and researchers who discuss trends, give advice, share stories, uncover insights, surface opportunities, and connect in-person. The goal of this group is to enable all members to grow. To remain in this group each member must contribute tangible value to the group. Members who join this group to promote their business and to scrape sales contacts and who do not contribute will be removed and blocked. You can contribute by asking your relevant contacts to join and grow the group, by contributing useful comments and posts to the discussion, and by financially sponsoring group activities that tangibly benefit all group members.
